Operators,
not abstractions.
ARO finances, builds, and operates dedicated NVIDIA GPU infrastructure in U.S. data centers and sells the capacity to AI tenants on multi-year reservations. The team is small, the partners are established, and the model is built to scale from one rack to thousands of GPUs.
What ARO is, in one paragraph.
Additional Revenue Opportunities ARO LLC, doing business as ARO Compute, is a Florida operating company (charter L24000120809, formed March 2024) headquartered in West Palm Beach. ARO finances, owns, and operates dedicated NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, led by the B300 and H200, in professionally run U.S. data centers, and sells that capacity to AI companies as single-tenant, multi-year reservations sized from one rack to thousands of GPUs across multiple sites. ARO is the single point of contact for every deployment, with a 24/7 NOC backed by its data center and managed services partners. For workloads that need to sit next to their data, ARO also places smaller Micro Edge Data Hubs inside host properties under 10-year hosting agreements.
Single-tenant by default
Dedicated servers and racks, not a slice of a shared pool. Predictable performance, predictable cost, an isolated security boundary. Tenants who care about that posture pay extra for it elsewhere; with us it is the default.
Scales with the site
Reservations start at one rack and grow with the rack space contracted at each site, across multiple sites when one is not enough. No fixed GPU ceiling, no menu of increments.
One accountable partner
ARO finances it, builds it, insures it, and runs it. Hardware, facility, network, and tenant escalations all land on one desk. You never chase a vendor yourself.
The people running ARO today.
A small team of operators with deep tenure in communications infrastructure, hospitality and healthcare technology, and enterprise sales. We are hiring as deployment scales.

Leads ARO's compute infrastructure strategy, tenant pipeline, and data center partnerships.
One partner. One phone number. Every site.
Owning the hardware is one thing. Running it 24/7 to the standards a serious AI customer expects is the harder thing. Here is how we do it.
The operating model
ARO owns every server at every site, and ARO is the single point of contact for all of it. Tenants reserve capacity; they do not run the floor. Facilities provide power, cooling, and space; they do not touch the equipment. Every operational responsibility is on us.
Every support call routes to the ARO NOC, which is backed by our data center and managed services partners for facility operations and hands-on response, and by the server manufacturers for hardware warranty. You deal with ARO. We deal with everyone else. The result is a single owner of uptime.

- 24/7 NOC monitoringContinuous health checks, telemetry, and alerting on every server and every site, backed by our management partners.
- Manufacturer-backed hardwareOEM warranty and support from Dell, Supermicro, or MSI on every server, with on-site response coordinated by ARO.
- Insured equipmentProperty and cyber liability coverage carried by ARO. Tenants assume no risk on hardware they reserved.
- Documented incident responseTiered escalation, defined response times by SLA tier, post-incident reports for tenants on request.
What we commit, by deployment tier.
Different sites run to different reliability targets, sized to the workload hosted there. Final SLA terms are deal-specific and codified in the tenant agreement.
Tier I
Standard sites
99.671% target availability. Single power feed, redundant fiber paths, rear-door cooling. Workloads where short maintenance windows are acceptable.
Best fit: development, internal tooling, non-critical inference. Typical of smaller Micro Edge Data Hubs.
Tier II
Production sites
99.741% target availability. UPS-backed power, redundant cooling paths, on-call hardware response. Standard for production inference workloads.
Best fit: production LLM inference, real-time CV pipelines.
Tier III
Data center sites
99.982% target availability. N+1 power, redundant cooling, generator backing, multi-carrier fiber. The standard for ARO's data center deployments.
Best fit: regulated workloads, healthcare, mission-critical inference, large dedicated clusters.
Targets above are uptime engineering targets, not service credits. Final tier classification, monitoring metrics, response times, and credit terms are negotiated per tenant agreement.
Where the compliance posture is, where it is going.
Honesty matters more than aspiration. Below is what is true today and the sequenced roadmap.
What every deployment is designed to ship with.
- Single-tenant by defaultDedicated servers and racks, no shared-neighbor risk.
- Audited facilities and operationsARO's data center and managed services partners maintain SOC 2 audit reports covering the facilities and operations behind ARO deployments. Reports are available to tenants under NDA.
- Encryption at rest & in transitAES-256 storage, TLS 1.3 wire, optional confidential-computing add-ons.
- Access controlsTenant-controlled IAM, audit logs, optional SIEM forwarding.
- Hardware ownership & insuranceProperty and cyber liability coverage carried by ARO on every deployment.
ARO's own certifications, sequenced.
- SOC 2 Type IARO's own report. Targeted alongside first deployments.
- SOC 2 Type IIFollows Type I after the required observation period of operating history.
- HIPAAArchitecture designed for HIPAA workloads: single-tenant, encrypted, audit-logged. Business Associate Agreements for healthcare tenants are on the roadmap and are not offered today.
- ISO 27001Sequenced for regulated and international workloads.
- FedRAMP-class postureOn the long horizon, gated to demand from government-adjacent tenants.
ARO does not itself hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification today. Statements about audited facilities and operations refer to reports held by ARO's data center and managed services partners, which cover the environments ARO deploys into, not ARO's own controls. A current security overview is available on request under NDA. Pre-contract diligence questionnaires (CAIQ, SIG, Vendorpedia) are turned around within five business days.
