Deployment and delivery

From purchase order
to production.

GPU capacity only earns once it is running. A late shipment, a missed power date, or a server that fails testing pushes your launch back. ARO handles every step between your reservation and your first job, and one team answers for all of it.

How capacity gets delivered

Six steps. One point of contact.

You reserve the capacity. ARO buys it, ships it, installs it, tests it, and hands you the keys. Your delivery window is in writing before you commit.

01 / Procure

Hardware ordered and allocated

ARO orders the GPUs, servers, and racks through its hardware partners and holds the allocation for your reservation. You never chase a supplier or a backorder.

02 / Prepare

Site ready before anything ships

Power, cooling, rack space, and fiber are confirmed with the facility before hardware leaves the warehouse, so equipment never sits waiting on a missing circuit.

03 / Ship

Freight and receiving coordinated

ARO schedules shipping of servers, racks, and cooling equipment to the site and books the delivery window with the facility's receiving team.

04 / Install

Racked, powered, and connected

Racking, power, fiber, and liquid-cooling connections are completed by ARO with licensed contractors, coordinated with the facility team.

05 / Test

Burn-in before handoff

Every server runs under sustained load before you see it. Anything that fails is serviced under manufacturer warranty before go-live, not after.

06 / Operate

Handoff, then hands-on support

You receive access details and your deployment data sheet. ARO's operations team takes over monitoring, support, and hardware service for the full term.

What ARO delivers

The full stack, not just the servers.

Each reservation ships as a complete, tested system sized to the site and the workload.

  • GPU servers8-GPU NVIDIA B300 servers from Supermicro or MSI.
  • Liquid-cooled racksRacks with Motivair rear-door heat exchangers, sized to rack density.
  • NetworkSwitching and fiber for a redundant 100-gigabit connection to your network.
  • DocumentationA deployment data sheet with the configuration, power and thermal envelope, and network design.

Why it matters

One partner from dock to production.

ARO owns the hardware

ARO finances, owns, and insures the equipment. You reserve capacity, not assets, and the hardware risk stays with us.

No hand-offs between vendors

Procurement, freight, installation, and support run through one team. When something slips, you call one number, and that team fixes it.

Dates in writing

Facility, rack count, and delivery window are confirmed in writing during the reservation conversation, before you sign.

At Micro Edge Data Hubs, the same process runs inside a host property. Hubs typically clear burn-in and onboard their first tenants in the first weeks after install.

Start with a date

Tell us when you need to be live.

Share your workload, GPU count, and target date. We come back with a site, a configuration, and a delivery window in writing.
