From inquiry to signed Letter of Intent.
No mystery. The process below is the one we run on every reservation conversation.

Or call. Reaches our capacity team directly. No CRM funnel, no intake bot, no qualifier on the phone.
02 / Day 1–2
Sized response
We come back with a GPU and server recommendation, rack count, target site, delivery window, and the constraint to negotiate against.
03 / Day 3–5
Letter of Intent
If there is a fit, a Letter of Intent lands in your inbox. Conditional on equipment availability and final terms.
04 / Definitive
Sales agreement
Final terms negotiated against the Letter of Intent. Capacity locked when signed.
Just keep the conversation going.
