About ARO

Operators,
not abstractions.

ARO is an early-stage operator building distributed GPU capacity at the edge. We finance the hardware, deploy it inside host properties, monitor it 24/7, and sell the compute to AI tenants. The team is small, the discipline is enterprise-grade, and the model is built to scale.

About

What ARO is, in one paragraph.

Additional Revenue Opportunities ARO LLC is a Florida operating company (charter L24000120809, formed March 2024) building Micro Edge Data Hubs: small, high-density, NVIDIA-powered GPU clusters deployed inside hotels, apartment and condo buildings, hospitals, and commercial buildings. ARO finances and operates the hardware. The host property contributes only space, electricity, and water under a 10-year contract, and earns a share of the GPU revenue for the term. The compute is sold to AI tenants as reserved, single-tenant capacity. We are pre-deployment as of mid-2026, with hardware ordered and first-site activation underway.

Distributed by design

Every hub sits where the work is. Closer to the data, lower latency, no backhaul cost to a remote region. The macro buildout is going hyperscale; we are going edge.

Single-tenant by default

Dedicated nodes, not shared multi-tenant. Predictable performance, predictable cost, isolated security boundary. Tenants who care about that posture pay for it elsewhere; with us it is the default.

Capacity, not waiting in line

We reserve up front. Multi-year reservations with capacity guarantees. No best-effort burst, no surprise wait time, no spot-market eviction.

Leadership

The people running ARO today.

A small team of operators with deep tenure in real-estate-resident infrastructure, IPTV, Wi-Fi, advertising, and edge data. We are hiring as deployment scales.

Operations & NOC

How we run hubs, every hour.

Owning the hardware is one thing. Running it 24/7 with the operating standards a serious AI customer expects is the harder thing. Here is how we do it.

The operating model

ARO owns every hub. ARO operates every hub. Tenants reserve capacity; they do not run the floor. Property hosts contribute space, power, water, and access; they do not touch the equipment. Every operational responsibility is on us.

Site engineering pairs with Dell ProSupport for hardware response and with our internal operations function for software, monitoring, and tenant escalations. The result is a single owner of uptime: ARO.

Request our security and operations overview
  • 24/7 monitoringContinuous health checks, telemetry, alerting on every node and every site.
  • Dell ProSupport5-year hardware warranty, on-site break-fix at every hub.
  • Insured equipmentProperty and cyber liability coverage carried by ARO. Tenants assume no risk on hardware they reserved.
  • Tenant isolationSingle-tenant nodes, private VLAN handoff, no shared-neighbor risk.
  • Documented incident responseTiered escalation, defined response times by SLA tier, post-incident reports for tenants on request.
SLA & uptime

What we commit, by deployment tier.

Different sites run to different reliability targets, sized to the workload type hosted there. Final SLA terms are deal-specific and codified in the tenant agreement.

Tier I

Standard hubs

99.671% target availability. Single power feed, redundant fiber paths, rear-door cooling. Workloads where short maintenance windows are acceptable.

Best fit: development, internal tooling, non-critical inference.

Tier II

Production hubs

99.741% target availability. UPS-backed power, redundant cooling paths, on-call hardware response. Standard for production inference workloads.

Best fit: production LLM inference, real-time CV pipelines.

Tier III

Anchor hubs

99.982% target availability. N+1 power, redundant cooling, behind-the-meter or microgrid options. Available at qualifying anchor sites.

Best fit: regulated workloads, healthcare, mission-critical inference.

Targets above are uptime engineering targets, not service credits. Final tier classification, monitoring metrics, response times, and credit terms are negotiated per tenant agreement.

Security & compliance

Where the compliance posture is, where it is going.

Honesty matters more than aspiration. Below is the current posture and the sequenced roadmap.

CURRENT POSTURE

What ships at every hub today.

  • Single-tenant by defaultDedicated nodes, no shared-neighbor risk.
  • Encryption at rest & in transitAES-256 storage, TLS 1.3 wire, optional confidential-computing add-ons.
  • Access controlsTenant-controlled IAM, audit logs, optional SIEM forwarding.
  • Hardware ownership & insuranceProperty and cyber liability coverage carried by ARO on every hub.
  • Documented data flowsPer-tenant data flow diagrams, retention policies, deletion guarantees.
ROADMAP

Sequenced certifications.

  • SOC 2 Type IIn flight. First report targeted alongside the first deployed hub.
  • HIPAA BAAAvailable for healthcare tenants on a per-deal basis. Architecture is HIPAA-ready by design.
  • SOC 2 Type IISequenced 12 months after Type I, after enough operational history accumulates.
  • ISO 27001Sequenced for regulated and international workloads.
  • FedRAMP-class postureOn the long horizon, gated to demand from government-adjacent tenants.

A current security overview is available on request under NDA. Pre-contract diligence questionnaires (CAIQ, SIG, Vendorpedia) are turned around within five business days.

Capacity roadmap

What is coming online, and roughly when.

Anchor hubs come online first, sized for tenant offtake. Property-partner hubs follow in waves. Reservation conversations now lock in priority placement.

Q3 2026

First hub online

Anchor site activation. 64 to 256 GPU capacity sized to the first tenant offtake. Production traffic live shortly after burn-in.

Q4 2026

Property partner wave 1

First wave of property-partner hubs in hotels and apartment buildings, sized to tenant demand and signed property Letter of Intents.

2027

Geographic expansion

Healthcare and regulated-workload hubs come online behind tenant offtake. Compliance certifications align with deployment.

All dates above are planning targets contingent on equipment availability, site readiness, and signed offtake. Reservation conversations move dates forward, not backward.
