For tenants and partners

Capacity financing,
strategic partnerships, institutional inquiries.

Three categories of conversation that do not fit the standard reservation flow. Tenant payment structures for large multi-year reservations. Channel and strategic partnerships across hardware, software, and integrators. Institutional inquiries from capital allocators and operating partners. Each goes to the right person.

For tenants

Capacity reservation financing.

Multi-year GPU capacity reservations represent meaningful capital commitments for the tenant. ARO supports several payment structures designed to align cash flow with workload ramp.

Standard payment

Net 30 monthly invoicing against actual usage within reservation. Standard for most reservations under 64 GPUs and under 24 months.

Annual prepayment

Upfront annual or quarterly payments earn meaningful discount on reservation pricing. Common for tenants with predictable budgets and CapEx-friendly accounting.

Ramp-aligned payment

Payment structure that aligns with workload ramp on the hub. Lower payments during initial setup and testing, scaling to full reservation pricing as usage fills. Negotiated for larger multi-year reservations.

Final commercial terms are negotiated in the definitive agreement. Discounts on prepayment, ramp-aligned structures, and other payment models depend on reservation size, term, and your specific accounting requirements. ARO does not provide tax advice.

For partners

Strategic, channel, and ecosystem partnerships.

ARO's hardware ecosystem partners (Dell, NVIDIA, Xerox, Motivair) anchor every hub. We also work with software, integration, and channel partners that extend the platform. Three categories of partnership are open.

Hardware ecosystem

Server, GPU, networking, cooling, and power vendors interested in distribution at the property edge. Reach Doug directly for technical and commercial conversations.

Software & integration

Orchestration, monitoring, observability, and tenant-portal vendors. ARO operates a defined platform stack; integration partners that meaningfully extend tenant experience are evaluated on a per-deal basis.

Channel & integrators

Resellers, MSPs, and integrators with existing tenant relationships in target verticals (hospitality, healthcare, apartment buildings, commercial real estate, regulated enterprise). Channel partner program is sized to the channel partner.

For channel partners

What a channel partnership looks like.

Property origination

Channel partners with existing relationships in hospitality, apartment buildings, healthcare, or commercial real estate refer property partner candidates. Compensation is structured to reward signed property partner contracts.

Tenant origination

Channel partners with existing relationships in AI, enterprise software, or regulated industries refer compute tenant prospects. Compensation is structured to reward signed reservation agreements.

White-label compute

Smaller centralized GPU clouds and AI software companies that want to resell capacity under their own brand can structure white-label arrangements with ARO. Capacity is wholesale-priced; the channel partner handles tenant relationship and end pricing.

Vertical specialists

Channel partners with deep specialization in a single vertical (healthcare AI integrators, hospitality technology consultants, financial services compliance specialists) are accommodated with vertical-specific terms.

For institutional inquiries

Capital allocators, operating partners, and strategic investors.

ARO is privately held. We are not currently raising public capital and we do not solicit retail investor interest through this site. Institutional inquiries from capital allocators, family offices, and strategic operating partners are welcome through direct contact.

How institutional contact works. Reach Doug Brough directly. Email is the preferred first contact for institutional conversations. Meaningful inquiries should include the institution's identity, the nature of interest (capital, strategic, operating partnership), and a contact for follow-up.

What ARO does not do here. No solicitation of retail investors. No published returns projections. No investment advice or recommendations. No tax advice. Discussions with institutional counterparts happen under non-disclosure agreements and in person; nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
